CNC TEChNOLOGIES
Modern Computer numerical Control ( CNC) machines are available in our production facility such as laser cutter, milling machine and others. These machine are extremely precise to execute operations such as cutting a plate of ballistic steel. The margin of error in this technology is about 0.05mm, which in turn makes the cutting process very accurate. This helps the fragment fit into their position perfectly thus making the unit stronger. having these machines in house saves considerable amount of time, and boost production rate.
CNC LASER AND PLASMA CUTTER
These machines are able to cut ballistic steel to make designed plates used to armor a vehicle. They are very precise and accurate, able to cut steel in any size desired, with a precision of 0.05mm.
TIRE BALANCER MAChINE
After the tires are modified and especially designed tires for heavy load are equipped, the new tire have to be balanced so as to perform smoothly at high speed and prevent the tires from wearing too soon.
hYDRAULIC BENDING MAChINE
While armoring a vehicle, the more welding is necessary the more weak points are introduced. Therefore, at IAV the design of the ballistic plates done by experts to make sure the number of welded pieces is as low as possible. That is why hydraulic Bending machines are used to bend the ballistic plate accordingly and transformed into any shape or form needed to avoid cutting the designed plate into pieces and then welding it back together. This way welding and weak points are kept to a minimum
MILLING MAChINE
A computer numerically controlled mill, or CNC Mill makes precise or production parts with little intervention by the operator. Precise measuring instruments and special motors called stepping motors move the head and the table. These machines are essential for production of parts for engines, transmissions, chassis, doors, hinges and many more.
